The island,11 miles from the coast of Trapani, is easily reachable by ferry boat or hydrofoil.
Favignana island is wide and almost everywhere flat so that it’s easy to reach (even by bicycle) its most suggestive corners. It is possible to relax even during the most crowded periods thanks to the presence of several bays and little coves with sandy or shingle beaches.
